Normally - the weatherman tells us how much rain we shall have. But here, God asks his people to play their part in determining the weather!
This verse is true PHYSICALLY - we need God to meet all our needs! Seek 1st his kingdom and his righteousness - and all these things shall be added to us!
This verse is true SPIRITUALLY - only God's Holy Spirit can save the lost & then purify his saints to be more like Christ!
ASK... ASK... ASK... We have not, because we ask not.
